Contracts Executive

Permanent, Immediate start

Our Contracting Department is responsible for our portfolio of existing suppliers as well as for actively expanding our supplier base. They find new products and partners, negotiate hotel space at competitive rates, and guarantee a certain standard and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Placing enquiries within budget
  • Maximising usage of pre-booked space
  • Negotiating rates and terms & conditions
  • Sending internal offers to the Sales & Product Team
  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Storing and presenting product knowledge
  • Securing special deals for trade fairs and promotions
  • Obtaining & administrating allocations in frequently visited areas
  • Assisting the Contracts Manager

Required skills and experience

  • A positive attitude
  • A confident and persuasive manner
  • An effective team player
  • An accurate working style, with strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of our destinations Great Britain and Ireland
  • Strong communication skills, including an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in group or coach travel is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
