Sales & Product Team

Our Sales & Product Department is responsible for a portfolio of existing clients and for actively expanding our client base in order to achieve growth targets. Everyday tasks include responding to client enquiries, developing tailor-made itineraries according to client requirements, preparing proposals and attending trade shows.

Operations Team

We accept speculative applications

The Operations Team is the main contact for clients and suppliers. Daily tasks include liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure all wishes are met, negotiating with suppliers to get the best possible rates, making sure all elements of the itinerary are booked correctly and that the client is informed, solving problems as they arise as well as the administration of bookings in our reservation system. The Operations team is a good way to get to know the company and its business partners and provides a varied and interesting set of tasks within a busy environment.

Contracting Team

The Purchasing Team is responsible for seeking out new products to facilitate the creation of innovative itineraries. They also negotiate hotel allocations, competitive rates and terms and conditions with future or current suppliers. You will be expected to nurture established supplier relationships while also helping to cultivate new ones, and carry out regular checks to guarantee quality.
